Before you write
If your question is about a booking you have already made — changing a date, cancelling, a pickup time — please contact the tour operator, GetYourGuide or Trip.com directly. We are an independent guide, not the cave’s operator or a tour company, and we have no access to your booking and cannot reserve places in the cave.

What we would love to hear about
- Anything on this site that is out of date, wrong or unclear.
- Changes to the cave fee, quota, opening days or rules that you have seen on the ground.
